What is your cancellation policy?

We typically don’t charge a cancellation fee, but we do ask that you call in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment. There are times when your therapist may be driving into the clinic specifically for your session, or when other people have been turned down for your timeslot.  So your call is very appreciated and helpful.  If you have not arrived after 15 minutes, and haven’t called to tell us you’re running late, we will assume that you are not coming.  Excessive no-shows may result in being denied further sessions.  To respect each client’s timeslot, please be aware that if you arrive late, we are only able to give you the remaining time in your session for massage.
